All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Meet & Greets
We offer a complimentary Meet & Greet before your first booking whenever possible. This allows us to meet you and your pets, discuss routines, and determine whether we’re a good fit.
Payments
Payment is due according to the booking agreement or invoice you receive. Custom quotes are based on your pets’ needs, requested services, travel distance, and booking dates.
Cancellations

Merchandise
Merchandise sold through our website is made to order by our fulfillment partner. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our Merchandise Returns & Exchanges Policy.
