Every item from Peace Of Mind Pet Care is custom printed after your order is placed. Because each product is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to selecting the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.
📷 Damaged Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so we can help resolve the issue.
🔄 Replacements & Refunds
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we’ll work with our printing partner to provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
📍 Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before they can be resent.
